Return to Rhythm
A gentler way to restore — Ayurveda, nature, and unhurried days in Boulder, Utah. For individuals, couples, friends, and small groups.
Not everything needs a deep cleanse. Sometimes you need your rhythm back.
Return to Rhythm retreats are Ayurvedic-focused stays designed around what you actually need — rest, nourishment, education, connection, or all four. Where Panchakarma is a clinical cleansing arc, these retreats are restorative by design: time in a secluded natural place, real food, hands-on therapies, and enough Ayurvedic education that the calm follows you home.
Every retreat is custom-built with Britney. Some guests want full immersion; some want mornings of yoga and afternoons on the trail; a group of girlfriends wants an education weekend with world-class dinners. All of these are Return to Rhythm.

Individuals, couples, friends — and mothers and daughters.
Healing retreats focus on one or two guests. Wellness and education retreats open up to small groups — girlfriends marking a decade, couples reconnecting, families learning to cook for their constitutions. The house holds four comfortably; the land holds everyone.
